This time teams were composed in a lottery as requested by a majority of the runners. To avoid superteams, the fastest runners were seeded.

This was the 251st VICRunners 10k time trial which means:
WE HAVE FORGOTTEN TO CELEBRATE THE 250TH VICRUNNERS 10K TIME TRIAL 3 WEEKS AGO !!! :o((And: The first 10k took place almost exactly 30 years ago - 20 March 1982 - with 13 participants. Since then we had more than 1000 individuals taking part in our events (not counting the children), and the enthusiasm is bigger than ever. Thank you all for your dedication !
A true Fasching run: On snow-covered surface we did 5k clockwise on the wintercourse - some runners took shortcuts, others did too much, but since there were no PRs we will take the results as they are.
